RATES &
RESERVATIONS :
Casa Blanca is available for vacation
rental by the day, week, or month. The maximum
occupancy at any one time is six.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house and we have no
accommodations for pets. In order to keep Casa Blanca
in it's outstanding condition (for us and for other
vacationers) it is important these few regulations be
adhered to. Once they are...Casa Blanca is your to
enjoy!
RATES:
Rates are based
on a weekly (7 days) rental:
Fri. to Fri. or Sat. to Sat.
October – May . .
. . . $300/night $1600/week
June - September . . .
. $200/night $900/week
$2400/month
HOLIDAYS:
Holidays are booked by the week only; extra days only if
available.
Christmas @ $3,000 the week ($450 a day for extra days, if
available)
Thanksgiving @ $3,000 the week ($450 a day for extra days,
if available)
New Year’s & Easter @ $2,800. weekly ($350 a day if
available)
DEPOSITS:
• A 50% deposit is required for confirmation
of your
reservation, by check or cashier’s check.
• The balance is due 60 days from your
arrival.
• Rentals within our 60 day deadline must be
pai
in full when booked, non-refundable.
REFUNDS:
* Essentially, there are no refunds fewer than
60 days from your arrival,
unless
the rental is fully rebooked, or except at the owners’
discretion.
• A cancellation more than 60 days from your arrival
is assessed a 10% cancellation fee on the entire rental.
• A cancellation fewer than 60 days from your
arrival
will be assessed a 25% fee on the entire rental amount
ONLY IF we can re-rent the entire cancelled period.
• If we cannot recover the entire rental
amount,
all payment is completely non-refundable.
• Holiday rentals: Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Year’s & Easter are
rented by the week only, at the holiday rate of
$2800 the week:
extra days added to a holiday week, on a space
available basis are
@ $350 per day, again, only when available.
CHECK
IN/OUT:
• Check in is after 1pm
on the day of arrival.
• Check out is
11am.
Once
reserved, please e-mail for our information package
on transportation,
groceries, private chef, etc., and any
other questions you may need addressed before your
arrival.
